Hello
Saddly, Rupert has been not my friend in my childhood because ... I'm French.
As he made origami from his annual back to 1940's, I have the following question :
Where I can found the more complete list (with creator's name) of all the origami things published.
Or a simply question : Who is the author of the "Sleepy gnome" published in Rupert annual 1977 ?
Is it Gunnar Andersson Sollentuna (from Sweden) ?
Now I can say : "Messieurs les Anglais, écrivez (original = tirez) les premiers"

Re: Rupert Annual
Salut Michel,
OK, I'll be "le premier à tirer" (http://www.linguee.fr/francais-anglais/ ... tirer.html - mais c'est pas la même chose!).
I don't know if there is a complete list anywhere, but I did manage to find a few sources with some bits of information:
David Lister's article is of course essential reading:
http://www.britishorigami.info/academic ... rupert.php
The Followers of Rupert have a site that shows all the annuals with details of their contents, although it's not always clear what the origami model is:
http://www.rupertbear.co.uk/rupert-annuals_PC5.html
Also an article from the Followers of Rupert Newsletter:
http://www.ee.ed.ac.uk/~afm/followers/a ... igami1.pdf
And finally a site with reproductions of a few of the models:
http://www.classicrupertbearshop.com/co ... k/d10.html

Re: Rupert Annual
The answer is Wayne Brown, who has a deep fascination for both Rupert and lists of things. I hope he will reply eventually.Michel G wrote:Where I can found the more complete list (with creator's name) of all the origami things published.
Re: Rupert Annual
Thank you Edwin, Nick (and Juan) for information.
It takes me some hours but I have made my own list only with only intenet information and crossing the sources.
See below the result of my work.
Comments are welcomed specially to identify the unknown authors of some models.
The name of Gunnar Andersson (from Sollentuna in Sweden) has been added to the copy I have because he was the sender of the document in BOS European portfolio (round 2) in the year... 1977.
So my proposal as author comes from this information.
Excel file up-dated on 22/05/13

Re: Rupert Annual
That's a great list, Michel.
I managed to find the name of the model for the 1971 annual (missing in the list). According to this site
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/s ... en&ct=clnk
it's "How to make a Hobgomnie". One of the other sites shows the cover, where you can see what looks like a little paper gnome - which must be the Hobgomnie - on the back cover, next to the crab:

The famous and unknown Hobgomnie or "little gnome paper" of 1971 Rupert Annual and that Michel had no record, thanks to Edwin was located in the back cover and on this link you can see the last page of your diagrams:
